Travel Emergency Kit
The Wellness Company's prescription-only Travel Emergency Kit provides you with peace of mind wherever you may go.
Our kit contains 16 prescription & over the counter medications and medical supplies including things like: Mupirocin for topical infections, Scopolamine for motion sickness, plus anti-diarrheal and anti-nausea medications.
Each order is specified for 1 adult patient. You will then complete 1 intake form to be completed by that patient.
